MM k\u00f6k h\u00fccreleri; Propolis ve \u00f6zellikle etken bile\u015fenlerinden CAPE ile muamele edilerek, bu maddelerin antit\u00fcm\u00f6ral etkileri ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 50\u00b5g\/ml Propolis \u2018in, 24 saatte MM k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerinin %63 \u2018\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve 100\u00b5g\/ml Propolis \u2018le 4 saat muamele edilen h\u00fccrelerin plazma h\u00fccre morfolojisi ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015ftir. 25\u00b5M CAPE ile 48 saat muamele sonunda, h\u00fccrelere ila\u00e7 direnci sa\u011flayan P-glikoprotein ve ABCG2 ekspresyonlar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi; 96. saatte ise h\u00fccrelerin %48\u2019inin \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tespit edilmi\u015ftir. H\u00fccre d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc analizleri sonucunda Propolis ve CAPE \u2018in h\u00fccrelerin daha h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesini ind\u00fckledi\u011fi g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Bu bulgunun, h\u00fccrelerin Propolis muamelesine yan\u0131t olarak plazma h\u00fccrelerine farkl\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131yla uyumlu olabilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Propolis ve CAPE ile malign olmayan mononuklear periferal kan h\u00fccreleri 72 saat muamele edildi\u011finde, 50\u00b5g\/ml Propolis, h\u00fccrelerin canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 %49 \u2018a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmesine ra\u011fmen, 25\u00b5M ve 50\u00b5M CAPE, canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla %92 ve %93 \u2018e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.
